Development on Town-Owned Land

The Town has adopted a strategy of using Town-owned land to support the development of affordable housing. The strategy plays an integral part in increasing the inventory of affordable housing in convenient, amenity-rich locations. Projects underway include:

The Town is planning for eight additional projects on Town land that will be completed over the next five years. As part of the planning process, the Town is identifying funding to support the project pipeline so that we can keep making progress toward implementing the recommendations of our Affordable Housing Plan.
